After all those years Say “Goodbye” to the onion soubise pie…

…Say “Hello” to the Marmitako pie for summer

Still a house smoked flathead pie, but  with a base of tomatoes, capsicums, white anchovies, mussels and asparagus.

Was worth it to let it go!!
